Chicken noodle soup


Chicken fillet 500 g
Potatoes 250 g
Aliya brand vermicelli 100 g
Onion 120 g
Carrots 100 g
Salt and pepper

Cooking instructions:

Pour cold water into the pan and add the chicken. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes. While the chicken is cooking in the pan, prepare the vegetables for the soup. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the onion as desired and place it in a frying pan with preheated sunflower oil and add a little salt. After 5 minutes, add carrots to the onion and fry for 5 minutes. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. When the chicken is ready, remove the pieces from the broth. Cool them a little and cut them. Add potatoes to the boiling broth. After 3-4 minutes, add onions, carrots and chicken. Next, add Aliya brand vermicelli and mix so that it does not stick together. Now you should add salt and pepper to the soup. Chicken noodle soup is ready. Pour it into plates and sprinkle with herbs.
