Delicious and soft pizza dough


Aliya brand flour - 300 g
Warm water - 200 ml
Sugar - 1.5 tablespoon
Salt - 0.5 tablespoon
Dry yeast - 1.5 tablespoon
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon

Cooking instructions:

Pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar and yeast. Mix them up. Cover the bowl with a towel or cling film and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes. Then add salt, vegetable oil and sifted flour. Knead the dough. It should turn out elastic, but not tight, not sticking to your hands. Place it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Over time, it will grow well and increase in volume. Knead the dough and divide into two parts. Roll out each piece of dough into a round piece of the desired thickness. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
