Pasta with creamy sauce champignons
Aliya brand Spaghetti
Champignons 100 g
Onion 1 piece
Cream 20% fat - 150 ml
Hard cheese 30 g
Garlic 1 clove
Ground black pepper – a pinch

Peel the onion and rinse it thoroughly under cold water. Cut into small cubes. Peel the champignon caps and trim off the stems a little. Cut the whole mushrooms into thin slices, including the stems. Fry the onion over medium heat in a small amount of oil until golden brown. This will take about 7 minutes. Add the mushrooms and chopped garlic clove to the onions, continue to fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. The mushrooms should be fried and covered with an appetizing golden brown crust. Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender, following the instructions on the package. Pour cold cream into the mushrooms, add spices, salt and mix them. Warm the mushrooms in the cream sauce over low heat for 2-3 minutes, so that the cream thickens a little and absorbs the aroma of spices and champignons.️ Carefully place the cooked spaghetti on plates, place the champignons from the sauce on top, pour over the creamy sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and a pinch of Provençal herbs.
